calliflower cheese soup try it

ingredients:
potatos 2 medium
calliflower x1
cream cheese 4 tsp
blue cheese (optional) half ounce (add more if wanted)
cheddar cheese 5 ounces grated
chicken stock/vegetable stock
salt
pepper
onion medium
cayenne pinch

method:
1.chop onion and potatos then fry the onions in a bit of butter
2.put the onions and potatos in pan with stock in and boil til nearly cooked then chop and add the calliflower
3.cook them for 10 minutes then leave to cool before whizzing til smooth
4.put back on heat and add the cheeses, salt, pepper and cayenne stiring gently
5.serve with bread and enjoy

I might try this 1 how hard can it be? Then again I bake cakes that like to explode
